During these unprecedented times, the high demand for product has made it necessary for Betsy’s Health Foods to roll with the punches along with the rest of us.

So far, we are able to maintain our usual operating hours of 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday. We thank you in advance for your patience as we work to help all our customers in the store, online and over the phone.

Don’t forget that Betsy’s now offers online ordering! If you order $50 worth of product, your order ships for free. We’ve had many customers take advantage of this popular option now that they are trying to limit their outings. We use priority shipping and try our best to get your order out of the store and to the post office by the next day at the latest.

However, if you want your product today but still want to honor social distancing as much as possible, we have options for you, too.

If you have any symptoms or just want to limit contact, you can order online and choose a pick-up location so that when you drive up to the store, your order is ready for you. If you need to fully limit contact, please call us from the parking lot and let us set your product on the hood of your car. Just be aware that you may have to wait for this service if we have a store full of people, but we will get to you ASAP.

If you aren’t comfortable with online ordering, you can also call the location where you plan to shop and give us your order to fulfill over the phone. We’ll take your payment information over the phone and process the order so that it is ready when you arrive.

Because of high demand and inventory turnover rate, we are making some changes until things get back to a more normal rhythm. We will no longer be able to hold product for customers unless the product is paid for. Also, we are limiting certain items to two per sku in order to ensure that everybody has a chance to purchase what they need.

Be assured we are working our manufacturer relationships and stock management resources to keep our shelves as stocked as possible so that everyone gets the products they need when they need them.
